These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of construe.app and the Construe waitlist. By joining the waitlist or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Construe is an analysis engine for knowledge workers, currently in pre-launch. The waitlist grants early access when the product launches. No product access is provided during the waitlist period.
3. Waitlist
Joining the Construe waitlist is free. Your position may be influenced by referrals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the waitlist at any time without prior notice. There is no guarantee of launch timing or specific features.
4. Email Communications
By confirming your email address, you consent to receive product updates and launch notifications from Construe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email.
5. Referral Program
Each waitlist subscriber receives a unique referral link. Referrals may improve your waitlist position. The referral program may be modified or terminated at any time. No compensation or rewards are provided beyond potential queue position improvement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on construe.app are owned by Construe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Construe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the waitlist or website. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is $0 during the pre-launch period.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers.
